Cast iron heavy hammer type safety valve is suitable for nominal pressure PN < = 1.6Mpa, medium temperature T < = 200 ℃; carbon steel heavy hammer type safety valve is suitable for nominal pressure PN < = 4.0Mpa, medium temperature T < = 450 ℃. Heavy hammer safety valve is mainly used for water, steam and other media.
2) micro lift safety valve: the safety valve whose opening height of disc is 1 / 40-1 / 20 of valve seat diameter is micro lift safety valve. Micro open safety valve is divided into micro open safety valve without regulating ring and micro open safety valve without regulating ring, micro open spring safety valve without regulating ring and micro open spring safety valve with regulating ring. The spring safety valve with regulating ring can use the regulating diagram to adjust the discharge force, i.e. the opening and closing pressure difference.
3) full open safety valve: the safety valve whose opening height is 1 / 4-1 / 3 of the valve seat diameter is full open safety valve. The full open safety valve is provided with a recoil disc at the valve disc of the safety valve. With the help of the expansion impulse of the gas medium, the valve disc can be opened to a sufficient height to meet the displacement requirements. The safety valve with this structure is more used and has higher sensitivity.
