What should be paid attention to when setting the safety valve? The following five points should be paid attention to when setting the safety valve.

(1) When there are two-phase materials in the vessel, the safety valve shall be installed in the gas-phase part.

(2) When the safety valve is used for discharging flammable liquid, the outlet of the safety valve shall be connected with the emergency storage tank. When the discharged material is high temperature combustible, the receiving container shall be equipped with corresponding protective facilities.

(3) Generally, the safety valve can be vented locally, and the vent port shall be more than 1 m higher than the operator and shall not face the open fire location, spark emission location and high-temperature equipment within 15 m. The vent of safety valve of indoor equipment and container shall lead out from the roof and be more than 2m (m) higher than the roof.

(4) When there is a block valve at the inlet of the safety valve, the block valve shall be in the normally open state and shall be lead sealed to avoid mistakes.
