Characteristic

It is used as the pressure safety accessories of polyester, ethylene, urea fertilizer and other devices.

The valve body including the inlet and outlet flanges are insulated, so the insulation effect is good; the steam flushing function can be added in case of special needs.

Balanced bellows structure, the change of back pressure does not affect the setting pressure of the safety valve, and the bellows play a role in protecting the internal parts of the valve cover, such as the spring.

The standard materials of internal parts (valve disc and valve seat) are austenitic stainless steel and hardfacing cobalt base carbide.

In case of special needs, the internals can be made of urea grade 316L, duplex stainless steel 0cr25ni6mo3cun (255 alloy), 00Cr25Ni6Mo2N (sus329j1) and other materials. The bellows can be made of titanium (TI).
