Characteristic

The valve seat and valve body are separable, easy to maintain and economical.

The umbrella shaped recoil disk can effectively improve the lifting force, and the valve disc can be fully opened and discharged under a small overpressure, so as to achieve the purpose of equipment protection.

The adjusting ring can adjust the satisfactory opening and closing pressure difference.

The materials of the recoil disc and guide sleeve, the valve stem and the adjusting screw shall be reasonably selected and the clearance shall be properly selected to ensure the flexible movement of the valve disc.

The sealing surface of valve disc and valve seat is overlaid with cemented carbide, which ensures high sealing performance and long service life after surface finish grinding.
