Temperature monitoring:

The temperature transmitter is installed in the dust remover or powder bin box. When the fire starts in the powder bin and the temperature rises, the temperature transmitter senses it and transmits the signal to the digital regulator. Then the digital regulation triggers the solenoid valve on the spray, so that the spray fire extinguishing device starts and the audible and visual alarm is triggered.

Differential pressure monitoring:

There are two interfaces on the pressure transmitter, one is static pressure and the other is dynamic pressure. Connect the dynamic pressure port with air pipe to the dirty room of the dust remover, and then connect the static pressure port with air pipe to the clean room of the dust remover. When the cloth bag in the dust remover is blocked by dust, the air pressure in the dirty room will increase, and the pressure in the clean room will decrease. When the pressure difference between the clean room and the dirty room reaches the set value, an audible and visual alarm will be triggered Interlock and shut down the machine and fan, and remind the staff to clean the bag in time.
